Blessn is a digital platform that allows users (“Users” or “Contributors”) to share photos,videos, text, and other media (“User Content”), follow public figures, and request personalized videos or messages (“Personalized Content”). Blessn functions as a facilitator and hosting provider only, and does not produce, edit, or control content uploaded by users or creators.
Users must be at least 13 years old. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Blessn may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
Users retain ownership of their User Content. By uploading or posting content, you grant Blessn a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or have obtained all rights and permissions for all elements within your content. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Blessn harmless from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your content, including intellectual property infringement, defamation, or privacy violations.
Creators act as independent contractors, not employees or agents of Blessn. They are solely responsible for the legality, originality, and timely delivery of their Personalized Content. Blessn does not guarantee accuracy or quality of creator content. Intellectual property obligations and indemnification clauses apply equally to creators. Payments, refunds, and delivery issues are governed by the terms between creators and customers.
Blessn retains exclusive ownership of its platform, software, design, and trademarks. Users and contributors are prohibited from reproducing or modifying any part of the platform without written consent. All intellectual property rights in User Content remain with the uploader, who assumes full legal responsibility. Users and creators indemnify and hold Blessn harmless from all IP-related claims, including copyright, trademark, and publicity rights violations. Blessn complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and provides a process for takedown requests.
Blessn collects information including name, username, email, photos, videos, usage data, IP address, and payment information for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Payment details are processed securely through third-party providers. Blessn may use your information to personalize your experience, communicate updates, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Blessn employs reasonable administrative and technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Blessn does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Blessn may share user data only as necessary to provide or improve services—with service providers, legal authorities (if required), or business partners under confidentiality terms. Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared for analytics. Despite security measures, no internet-based system is entirely secure.
Users agree not to post, share, or transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or violates others’ rights. Users may not impersonate others or upload malware. Blessn reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
The Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ Blessn disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Blessn does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or guarantee content accuracy.
Blessn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Service. Blessn’s total liability shall not exceed $100 or the total amount paid to Blessn in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California. Users waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
Blessn may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
