This Privacy Policy explains how Blessn LLC ("Blessn," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Blessn application, website, and related services (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy is a working draft. It must be reconciled with Blessn's actual SDKs, analytics providers, advertising partners, payment flows, cloud providers, retention practices, precise-location usage, and state privacy compliance before publication.

If Blessn offers features that use location and you authorize them, we may collect location information consistent with your device permissions. Blessn does not collect location information.
E. Reports, Safety and Moderation Information
We may collect reports, moderation decisions, account restrictions, content-review information, fraud indicators, and information reasonably necessary to protect users and enforce our policies.

10 California privacy disclosures
If Blessn is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents may have additional rights regarding personal information, including rights to know/access, delete, correct, and obtain information about certain disclosures, and rights to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.
Blessn will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights protected by law.
Counsel should confirm whether Blessn meets CCPA/CPRA applicability thresholds and, if so, add the required category table, collection/disclosure lookback, sale/sharing disclosures, sensitive-personal-information treatment, authorized-agent process, and opt-out mechanisms.
11 Children's privacy
Blessn is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by law. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age without legally sufficient authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address the information.
Users between 13 and the age of majority may be subject to additional protections or limitations under applicable law and app-store policies.
Counsel should review teen privacy, parental-consent, and age-assurance requirements applicable to Blessn's actual features and markets.
12 International users
If personal information is transferred across national borders, Blessn will use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

Where available, you may request deletion of your Blessn account through the Service or by contacting us. Certain information may be retained where permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other legitimate purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.
