Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Blessn LLC (“Blessn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any additional policies or rules that we make available through the Service (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not access or use Blessn.

01 Blessn's purpose and community

Blessn is a faith-centered social platform designed to provide users with an environment for sharing, discovering, and engaging with content and other members of the Blessn community.

Blessn is intended to maintain a respectful, positive, safe, and family-friendly community. Because of the nature and purpose of Blessn, our content standards may be more restrictive than the standards of other social media platforms.

Content does not need to be illegal, legally obscene, or prohibited by another social media platform to violate Blessn's standards. By using Blessn, you understand and agree that Blessn may establish and enforce standards regarding the content and conduct permitted on the Service.

02 Eligibility and user accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Blessn account, unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, license, or assign your account without Blessn's written permission. You may not impersonate another person, creator, organization, business, public figure, or Blessn representative, or create an account for someone else without authorization.

Blessn may require account verification or additional information when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

03 User content

“User Content” means anything users upload, submit, transmit, publish, display, communicate, or otherwise make available through Blessn, including photos, videos, audio, text, comments, messages, usernames, profile information, links, captions, livestreams (if offered), and other material.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted below.

By submitting User Content to Blessn, you grant Blessn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, promote, and develop the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have all permissions and rights necessary to submit it to Blessn. You are responsible for your User Content.

04 Community standards and prohibited content

Blessn maintains content and conduct standards designed to protect our community and preserve the intended character of the Service. Blessn may prohibit content or conduct that would be permitted on another platform.

You may not post, transmit, request, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage in content or conduct that Blessn determines violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Without limiting Blessn's discretion, prohibited content and conduct includes:

A. Profanity, Vulgarity and Obscene Content

Profanity; obscene or vulgar language; sexually explicit language; crude sexual references; excessively offensive language; sexually graphic descriptions; obscene gestures; and other language or imagery Blessn determines is inconsistent with its community standards.

Blessn may remove such material even when the content would not legally qualify as “obscene.”

B. Nudity and Sexual Content

Pornography and nudity, including exposed genitalia; exposed female nipples except where Blessn determines an exception is appropriate for legitimate medical, health, educational, breastfeeding, or similar contexts; sexual acts; simulated sexual acts; sexually explicit images, videos, audio, or text; fetish content; sexually suggestive posing or conduct; explicit sexual conversations; sexualized content intended primarily to arouse or solicit sexual attention; and links directing users to prohibited sexual material.

Blessn determines whether particular content violates these standards based on the content and its context.

C. Prostitution, Sexual Solicitation and Commercial Sexual Activity

Using the Service to solicit, advertise, offer, request, facilitate, arrange, promote, or purchase prostitution; escort services involving sexual activity; sexual services; sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, goods, services, or other compensation; commercial sexual activity; human trafficking; or sexual exploitation.

Users may not use profiles, posts, comments, messages, links, usernames, contact information, coded language, or any other Blessn feature to facilitate prohibited commercial sexual activity.

D. Sexual Exploitation and Minors

Blessn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation. Users may not upload, distribute, request, possess, promote, facilitate, or link to child sexual abuse material or other content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor.

Users may not groom, sexually solicit, or engage in inappropriate sexual communications with minors through Blessn. Blessn may report suspected child exploitation or other criminal activity to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

E. Hate Speech

Content that promotes, encourages, glorifies, or advocates hatred, violence, dehumanization, or unlawful discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics under applicable law, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other legally protected status.

This policy does not prohibit respectful discussion of religious, moral, social, cultural, or political beliefs merely because those beliefs are controversial or because another user disagrees with them. However, disagreement may not be expressed through threats, targeted harassment, dehumanization, or prohibited hate speech.

F. Harassment, Bullying and Threats

Threatening, bullying, intimidating, stalking, repeatedly contacting someone after being asked to stop, encouraging violence, maliciously targeting another user, publishing sensitive personal information for purposes of harassment or intimidation, encouraging others to harass someone, or engaging in abusive behavior that Blessn determines threatens the safety or integrity of the community.

G. Illegal and Dangerous Activity

Using Blessn to commit, promote, facilitate, or solicit illegal activity. Blessn may remove content that presents a credible danger to users or others.

H. Fraud, Scams and Deception

Defrauding users; scams; phishing; malware; obtaining passwords or financial information through deception; impersonation; deceptive financial schemes; or other fraudulent conduct.

I. Spam and Unauthorized Solicitation

Spam; mass unsolicited messages; repetitive promotional content; unauthorized advertising; deceptive links; automated engagement; bot activity; artificial manipulation of followers or engagement; and other unauthorized commercial solicitation.

J. Intellectual Property Violations

Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

K. Graphic or Disturbing Content

Graphic violence, gore, cruelty, disturbing imagery, or other material that Blessn determines is inappropriate for its community.

L. Circumvention

Attempting to circumvent Blessn's moderation systems, content filters, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, security measures, or other enforcement actions. Creating another account to evade a suspension or permanent ban may result in termination of the new account.

05 Blessn's moderation rights

Blessn reserves broad discretion to determine what content and conduct is permitted on the Service.

Blessn may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, screen, filter, restrict, disable, hide, demonetize, remove, or delete User Content at any time, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.

Blessn may act when it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that content or conduct violates these Terms or Community Guidelines; is inappropriate for the Blessn community; threatens safety, security, or operation of the Service; could expose Blessn or another person to legal liability; violates law or another person's rights; creates risk for Blessn's relationship with an app store, payment processor, service provider, advertiser, business partner, or other third party; or is otherwise inconsistent with Blessn's intended community experience or standards.

Blessn is not required to permit content merely because the content is lawful. Blessn's decision not to remove particular content does not waive its right to remove similar content in the future.

06 Suspension and termination

Blessn may warn, restrict, suspend, disable, or permanently terminate an account if Blessn determines that the user has violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or otherwise presents an unacceptable risk to Blessn, its users, or the Service.

Blessn is not required to provide a warning before taking action. Blessn is not required to use a three-strikes or progressive disciplinary system. A single violation may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

Serious violations may include sexual exploitation; prostitution or sexual solicitation; child-safety violations; credible threats; serious harassment; hate speech; fraud; impersonation; illegal activity; pornography; attempts to evade previous enforcement; or conduct creating significant risk to users or Blessn.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blessn may terminate or restrict access when continued access is inconsistent with the safety, integrity, purpose, or intended community experience of the Service. Following termination, Blessn may take reasonable measures to prevent replacement accounts used to evade enforcement.

07 Reporting and blocking

Blessn provides mechanisms through which users may report content or users they believe violate Blessn's policies. Users may also have the ability to block other users.

Blessn may investigate reports and take whatever action Blessn determines appropriate. Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed or an account suspended. Users may not knowingly submit fraudulent, malicious, or abusive reports.

08 Intellectual property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, Blessn and its licensors own the Service and its intellectual property, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, features, and proprietary technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from protected portions of the Service except as permitted by law or with Blessn's written authorization.

09 Copyright complaints

Blessn respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on Blessn infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint through the contact information or copyright-reporting procedure provided by the Service.

Blessn may remove allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

10 Privacy

Your use of Blessn is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is a separate document and describes how Blessn collects, uses, shares, stores, and otherwise processes personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference where permitted by law.

11 Third-party services and links

Blessn may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, products, or services. Blessn does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

12 Service availability

Blessn may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or change any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law. Blessn does not guarantee that the Service or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13 Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLESSN AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

BLESSN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BLESSN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Blessn does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of User Content merely because that content appears on the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLESSN AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO BLESSN DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this provision may not apply to you.

15 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blessn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising from or relating to your User Content; your misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of another person's rights; or your violation of applicable law.

16 Dispute resolution and governing law

This section should receive attorney review before publication.

These Terms and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls.

Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or prevents Blessn from seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief relating to intellectual property, security, fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Service where permitted by law.

17 Termination by user

Users may stop using Blessn at any time. Where provided by the Service, users may request account deletion.

Account termination does not automatically eliminate obligations, rights, records, or information that Blessn is permitted or required to retain under applicable law, our Privacy Policy, fraud-prevention requirements, payment obligations, dispute-resolution requirements, or legitimate business needs.

18 Changes to these terms

Blessn may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, Blessn will provide notice as required by applicable law. The updated Terms will identify their effective date. Where legally required, Blessn will obtain additional consent before materially revised Terms become binding.

19 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20 No waiver

Blessn's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or Blessn's right to enforce it later.

21 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Blessn concerning your use of the Service, except where a separate written agreement between Blessn and you applies.

23 Community Guidelines

Effective Date: 18 June 2025

Blessn is a faith-centered, family-friendly community. These Community Guidelines explain the standards we expect everyone to follow. They form part of the Blessn Terms of Service.

1. Keep Language Appropriate

Do not post profanity, obscene language, vulgar language, sexually explicit language, crude sexual references, obscene gestures, or other excessively offensive material. Blessn may apply a stricter language standard than other social platforms.

2. No Pornography, Nudity or Sexually Explicit Content

Do not post pornography, sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, exposed genitalia, prohibited nudity, fetish content, sexually explicit material, or content primarily intended to sexually arouse or solicit sexual attention. Context-sensitive exceptions may be made for legitimate medical, health, breastfeeding, educational, documentary, or similar purposes at Blessn's discretion.

3. No Prostitution or Sexual Solicitation

Do not advertise, offer, request, arrange, facilitate, promote, or purchase prostitution, sexual services, commercial sexual activity, or sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, goods, services, or other compensation. This applies to public posts, profiles, comments, direct messages, links, coded language, and contact information.

4. Protect Minors

Blessn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or child sexual abuse material. Suspected criminal conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

5. No Hate Speech

Do not promote hatred, violence, dehumanization, or unlawful discrimination against people based on legally protected characteristics. Respectful discussion of religious, moral, social, cultural, or political beliefs is permitted, including disagreement, but threats, targeted harassment, dehumanization, and prohibited hate speech are not.

6. No Harassment, Bullying or Threats

Do not threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, maliciously target, dox, or repeatedly contact someone after being asked to stop. Do not encourage others to harass or harm another person.

7. No Scams, Fraud or Impersonation

Do not scam users, phish for credentials, spread malware, impersonate others, make fraudulent representations, or use Blessn for deceptive schemes.

8. No Spam or Unauthorized Solicitation

Do not send mass unsolicited messages, post repetitive promotions, manipulate engagement, use unauthorized bots, or engage in other spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

9. No Illegal or Seriously Dangerous Activity

Do not use Blessn to commit, solicit, facilitate, or promote illegal activity or credible threats of serious harm.

10. Respect Rights

Do not post material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person.

11. Enforcement

Blessn may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.

A warning is not required. A single violation may result in permanent removal from Blessn.

Blessn may consider context, severity, repeated conduct, risk to others, attempts to evade enforcement, and the overall effect on the Blessn community. Creating a new account to evade a ban may result in removal of that account as well.

12. Reporting

Use Blessn's in-app reporting tools to report content or users you believe violate these Guidelines. Users may also block other users where that feature is available. Do not abuse reporting tools by knowingly filing fraudulent or malicious reports.
